I did not get an extra stash tab added to my non-seasonal account after Season 17 ended despite the fact that I completed the seasonal journey all the way through Guardian. The same thing happened after Season 16 as well. I have completed a total of 3 seasonal journeys (14, 16 and 17) but have received only 1 additional stash tab, up to a total of 11. I was under the impression that we could earn up to 5 additional stash tabs through seasonal journey completions. Is there any way I can obtain these tabs that I should have earned already?
Not a bug. You get the stash tab for both seasonal and non seasonal at the same time: as soon as you complete the Conqueror chapter.
You have the correct number of stash tabs.

D3+ROS = 6 Stash Tabs
Necro DLC = 2 Stash Tabs
3 Seasonal Conqueror = 3 Stash Tabs
6 Stash Tabs + 2 Stash Tabs + 3 Stash Tabs = 11 Stash Tabs

Ok, thanks for the info! I guess I didn’t realize it was added immediately. Thought it would be added to the non-seasonal account at the end of the season.
