Hey folks
i know i know, Primals are random. But i played a lot diablo and do Rifts at 110+. But i never get a primal ancient Item, never. Not even this one at Rift 70 (in-time) i always play with my friends and they got maybe +15 primals.
Can a GM please check if everthings ok with my acc? I really think this isnt normal
Bad luck is not a bug.
You have no seasonal character. Guaranteed primal after solo GR 70 doesn’t exist in non-season.
As TimberWolf stated, you do not get the guaranteed Primal drop with a non-Season Character.
You say you always play with your friends. You do know that you only unlock Primal items when you successfully complete a Greater Rift Level 70 or higher Solo, right?
If you have completed a GR70+ Solo, then you have unlocked Primal drops. But, they are very rare.
Here is a player who crafted a Primal Dawn Hand Crossbow for her Demon Hunter in Season 19. (Notice the amount of Forgotten Souls and Death’s Breaths she has. — That’s a hell of a lot of grinding).
She finally gets her Primal Dawn about 11 minutes in.
So you say, if i never played a season Char. I never get unlock primals?
Because Perusoe says:

Yes i do Greater Rifts Solo 100+ intime. But i never saw a primal, again… not even that garantue one for 70+ solo intime. So i thought maybe i never unlock the primals?!

If you’ve done a solo GR70, then you’ve unlocked the chance of having primals drop. That is all.
The Chance is 1 in 400ish. That doesn’t mean you will get one every 400. But its to point out, they are extremely rare. As a reference of 400, thats about 1 in every 50 GRs (on an average).
I’ve had 2 drop back to back then not get another for a long time.
