for 2 days now, on Diablo 3, i try to connect on US and EU servers, all my characters for years 2024-2025 ans 2026 are missing. On Asia server all is OK.
I tried to repair with Battle,net no change.
I uninstalled totally Battle.net fron my PC as indicated on the Web, deleted all entires in Windows and reinstalled Battle.net. No change. Asia server is OK but on US and EU all my characters for years 2024-20255-2026 are missing and i played ALL seasons for these 3 years on the 3 servers.
Need my characters back before the start of season 38.
I see 8 characters on US and 8 on EU – how many more are you supposed to have ?:

Sometimes… deleting the cookies of your browser can bring the listing back. Sometimes, changing browser. Playing 5~10 minutes with each hero can refresh the profile – especially if you increase your paragon points.
Uninstalling Battle.Net and/or Diablo 3 has no effect… it’s usually a browser issue.
I dont remember exaclty the number of characters but at least 2 each season, often a normal one and another, generaly Hardcore to do a conquest to finish the 4 conquests. But i remember having doing more than 2 some season, because i like to try others classes depending the season bonus. so 2 years (2024-2025) with 4 seasons each + 1 season 2026 = 10 more characters in my profile, may be a bit less because sometime i have to delete some to be able to create a new one.
Deleting cookies and replacing Firefox by Brave did not change anything. Increasing parangon is not easy with old toons not stuffed and with total of parangons boosted by my missing toons.
I am trying to play some of them… I will let you know if something change… CU
A last detail: my chests are full of items from my missing toons !

I thought you were saying that your web profile is missing heroes… the web profile looks like:
But perhaps you are talking about your in-game profile… the list of heroes at the bottom:
If you’re talking about your in-game profile… I’m sorry but I misunderstood you. I’m also missing some heroes in that list (two heroes to be exact) and have one hero that I deleted some time ago that still appear in that list. I don’t worry about it… that thing isn’t really useful to me.
The heroes showing in the highlighted box for Seasons is often in error. If you click on the box “Heroes”, it should show all of your current heroes.
I nees to show you all my heroes on select heroes page and them in Profile.
On the the 3 servers heroes list match with Profil list except that on NA and EU where lot of heroes are missing on both heroes list and profile. Look like only characters up to 2024 fisrt season are listed (8 characters). Both lists should be full (14 characters)
Only on Asia I see actual season 37 characters and I can play all of them.
Friends in game looking at my profile see only 8 characters, no active seasonal ones.
On ladder, all stop at season 2024-1 indicated as actual season!
On your trust level you can’t link directly to pictures.
In any case you need to upload picture on an image upload service (like imgur), then you paste the link into your post.
After that you mark the link and click on </> so the link at least is not broken and clearly selectable, like: https://diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/
That’s not for “Ladder”, that’s for non-season and that’s the way it is… Blizzard has not reset the leaderboards for normal and hardcore non-season for some 2 years now…

As you see, select heroe window and Profile window are the same and you see my actual Season37 characters I can normaly play.
Now EU and NA Profil window:

On EU and NA there are no actual Season37 characters and I finished the full Season journey with a normal and a hardcore character on each server. So AT LEAST 2 actives characters are missing on both servers.
My wife is playing on the same network and all its ok to Her, on both servers.
Yes that’s normal – only players with Trust Level 3 (Regular) can include links in their posts… here’s your screenshot.
I don’t know… I can’t see the details of your account nor its history… did you delete the heroes ? Could someone else have deleted them by mistake ?
You can undelete the last hero you deleted and only the last hero.
Do you remember when was the last time you saw your seasonal heroes ?
Could it be that you removed all the equipment on your seasonal heroes and follower and put their equipment in the stash before deleting them – in preparation for the end of season perhaps ? If you create a new seasonal / seasonal solo hero in normal and HC, you will have access to the stash / chest…
Diablo III has an account rollback feature… it is meant to be some sort of a safeguard for if your account is hacked and heroes are deleted. When you execute a rollback, your account is brought back as it was on the date of the rollback point (except that dead HC heroes do not ressucitate even if they died after the rollback point).
Anyway, you can get a listing of the available rollback points with the number of heroes. For example, my rollback listing for US looks like:
When you click on the + sign, it expands with the names of the heroes…
You could use that feature and check if you can see the date at which your heroes disappeared. Be careful not to actually rollback your account, unless you actually want to. You only have 3 rollbacks available for the life of your account… and a rollback will only roll back a region at a time. Also, a rollback cannot be undone… if you make a mistake and rollback at the wrong point, you will have wasted a rollback.
