After the end of this season, 2 times today, april 8 2024, I randomly lost all actions, besides walking. I could not:
- teleport anywhere
- use any skills
- change skills
- monsters also could not atack me
- cannot enter any dungeons
The second time this occured I recorded my screen to showcase these issues. I was in the fields of misery. I uploaded it to google drive, but the forum doesn’t allow me to post a link.
The only thing that worked was to exit the game altogether. “Leave game” also did not work. “Exit game” worked with a slight delay.
I was searching for dungeons and curses today.

Sounds like you ran into a nasty lag spike.
Make sure everything is good on your end. Restart computer, Modem, and Router and tighten all connections.
If the problem persists, go to the connection troubleshooting sticky in Technical Support Forum.

Judging by OP’s battle tag starting with 2…
I played yesterday evening and at the very end of my session, pondering which items to keep from salvage… Then walking to the blacksmith, he was impolite and didn’t talk to me. The salvage platform also didn’t work. Like in a bad dream. 
Anyway, that was around 00:50 and the op is 22:33, so.
Upon exiting, the Battle.net launcher also refreshed the friend list, so I was timed out.
Otherwise (on the router-modem) didn’t notice internet drop.
There must have been some instability anyway.
