In the interest of powercreep, I suggest that we have another upper layer of gem quality; Majestic and Flawless Majestic gems.
These could be new designs for the jeweler that would drop in the normal way. Each tier would require six of the previous tier in order to craft, and a special item, similar to Ramaladni’s Gift, which would drop with a similar rarity. The cost for crafting these gems would be 100,000,000 and 500,000,000 gold, respectively.
Crafting a single Flawless Majestic gem would require 36 Flawless Royal gems, 1.1B gold, and 7 reagent materials. Certainly, an endgame item.
