New DH set bugs

Testing the new DH set at low paragons already I can see 2 things are wrong:

• With Mantle of Channelling in the cube the UI does not show MoC stacks on the buff bar
• Stacks of Momentum should be shown on the UI in the buff bar, the same as MoC stacks

Stacks of Momentum should be shown on the UI

The stacks are already shown on your hatred builder’s ability button.
