th new set says it will shot primary skills on hit during strafe, and also says that primary skills will grant you a stack of momentum, but these primary shots that comes from strafe does not provide any stack of momentum, neither hatred and sometimes looks like they are not even recieving the 10000% damage multiplier from the set as well…
