It appears that sometimes refreshing Rain of Vengeance resets the Rain of Vengeance streak timer inside the set dungeon, even when there is 1 or 2 seconds left on the existing Rain of Vengeance buff. This makes maintaining it for 90 seconds incredibly difficult (if not impossible), without a clear reason for the streak being ended.
That’s strange - I’ve never run into that problem. Hopefully it gets worked out.
I usually do Natalya’s for the Set Dungeon mastery leg, and it’s a breeze. But on the PTR, I failed about 20 times before I realized that the RoV streak timer was just… disappearing. While RoV was up, or on recast. (I can’t quite tell for sure which it is.) Ended up doing Marauder’s instead, but it seemed like a bug worth reporting.
