17) Help, My Characters are Missing
Make sure you are in the correct region where your characters are. In the launcher there is an option to choose what region you want to play in. Characters are only part of the region they are created in (A Europe Character will only be in the Europe region, not in the NA region).

If we look at your EU Armoury Career Page there are 15 heroes listed, including a seasonal barbarian…

…which would suggest that you’d logged into the US server region where you have no heroes. As I see the last played on the seasonal Barb is the 7th September, you’ve obviously found your error.

Just wanted to clarify, this was not a bug.
