Wrong forum. That isn’t an in-game bug, and no one can help you here. For account issues, you need to contact Blizz directly, or try posting on the tech support forum.

Keep also in mind that purchases can take a day or two finalize.

Check your account and make sure it says the necro pack is enabled. Restart battlenet and D3.
