My D3 Seasonal stuff is GONE

I have had 2 individual game techs try to help.
Game Master Tuzlarhan, or Tuz for short, and Risariph.

First one said the issue was fixed and closed the ticket.
It was not fixed.
Second offered to help and hasn’t.
One week of withdrawals later and nothing.
Two straight months of grinding to get 6 characters to level 1030+
Multiple legendary gems upgraded
and poof
All gone.
I purchased the game 23 Aug 2019 at a local store
Had two email acounts. One for my teenager and one for me
Hers began with Trahc Mine with Skyn
The first tech found the Trahc account and said all done
NO
That account had zero seasonal characters in it

I hate having to start from zero and lose everything.
All of the seasonal character data is supposedly saved to Bnet servers.
Checked less than an hour ago.
Nothing is attached to my account as a saved character, nor any that can be restored.
It has been only a week.
Something should be on the Bnet servers, right?
Please Blizzard help me out here.
You have all my information.
I just want to enjoy my free time with a relaxing game of hack 'n slash fun

UPDATE

Now a tech tells me that if the game is played on ps4 blizzard
can not help
Isn’t all data stored on their servers?
Wow.
Amazing.

No. On the console versions of the game, all hero data is stored locally on your console’s drive. If something has happened to your local data, there’s nothing Blizzard can do about that.

Even as a non-PS4 player I am confused because they said it was server stored on consoles in seasons I thought? This was why they could not hack the seasons in consoles?
As I said not a console player, but that does seem to conflict a little with what I was told.

This article may help address the missing heroes and seasonal items here. It is not stored on the servers, it’s stored on the console directly. There may be a cloud save that can be recovered.

The game servers itself for Diablo III Console is not managed by Blizzard, but managed by the respective console manufacturer (Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo). The console manufacturer may be able to assist with recovering data from the cloud storage if available.
