That means that Mortick’s, this legendary bracer that so many folks are foaming at the mouth to get their hands on, is useful for a single T16 speed build that, frankly, has other options.

In other words, it’s outdated junk.

Flavor of Time: Not much. Useful, perhaps, for zDPS Barbs, but that remains to be seen. It’s also incredibly hard to get a decent Flavor since it rolls all over the place.

Also, the top 100 of solo barb leaderboard now has EF and CC builds, too.
