Good day! I have achieved a higher level and so have the monsters. What monster skill makes them look like a pufferfish on fire?
Ghastly Seraphs have become more deadly too. Is there a list of monsters and their skills by level?

This site has a full list of Elite Affixes and at what level you might encounter them.
I am guessing the one you are referring to is reflect damage, but I am not sure.
If you want to find out for sure, you can hover your mouse over the elite and the game will display their traits under the elite’s name.
There is a full list of all the mob types and what type of damage they do somewhere on the internet, but I could not find it to provide a link for you. Physical damage is by far the most common with about 60-75% of normal mobs doing physical damage.
