Is this a battle.net shop issue? I looked in the shop and it shows I have the following in my library:
D3: Eternal Collection
D3: Battle Chest
D3
D3: Rise of the Necromancer
It does show RoS digital deluxe edition as an upgrade for $20 (US). I did not purchase the eternal collection or the battle chest or D3 through battle.net, because I bought the physical collectors edition of D3 and the physical collectors edition of RoS. I tried reinstalling from the DVDs, didn’t help with the transmogs. I entered the cd keys in battle.net and it says that I have already used the keys, still didn’t help with the transmogs. Just to clarify, the physical copy collectors edition of RoS is basically the same as the digital deluxe version.
This is what I noticed about the transmog issue in Season 35.
