I didn’t get the Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition helm and weapon transmogs after season start. I tried both in sc and hc.

Hello, the same thing happened to me. I thought this happened because my first character died at lvl 8 on hardcore and i didnt bother to check if the transmog item was available or not. But it seems like its missing this season…
