Your Angelic Crucibles, if you had any left, should have been deleted too. You cannot Sanctify items again at this point.
However, the next time this Theme comes around again, you would do wise to Sanctify as many Legendary items as you can and then salvage them for the currency. (Before the Season ends of course).
You can Sanctify Puzzle Rings and run Ancient Vaults too.
If you still have Crucibles left over you can craft Sovereign items (Level 70 Rare) and upgrade them to Legendary. If you get Ancient items, salvage them. If you get Legendary items, Sanctify them and then salvage them.
If you get tired of doing this, you can just sell the rest of your Crucibles. It’s better than letting the game delete them.
