Missing game components (achievements, seasonal journey etc)

Ladder, Softcore.

Been playing for a long time, never seen this.

When I go to open up achievements, seasonal journey, cannot even complete haedrigs gift. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried scanning for repairs, etc.

When I go to open achievements it shows the framework but then in ever box it says “This text should be replaced with game data…”
