I am missing my diablo 3 characters. I had 3 slots left before and now I have 11. When I logged in to the game it kept telling me I did not have enough space and to delete a character which I did the first time. However it kept telling me the same even after I closed the game and relaunched it. Has anyone else had this issue.
You did not tell us which Region this is happening on. How many total Character Slots do you have? (Characters + Slots remaining).
I do not see any Characters for you on the Europe Region.

The issue is on the America Region. I had 14 slots filled with characters with 3 slots left now I have 11 slots free. I had 1 Necro, 1 Sader, 1 Barb, and 11 DH in total. Right now I have 6 DH.
OK – you can undelete the last hero that you deleted… but only the last one.
Have you tried that ?
When is “before” ?

If it was a long time ago (several months), is it possible that you deleted some heroes to clean up your account ?
You currently have 3 seasonal DH (1 hardcore & 2 softcore) – is that what you are supposed to have ?
The only way to perhaps get the heroes that you say you are missing is to perform an account rollback. You have a finite number of rollbacks available – 3 if you haven’t used that feature previously. You can read about rollbacks here:
(disregard the rollback caps – these don’t apply)
You can go and examine the available rollbacks… it normally gives you a list of 3 available rollback points, and you can requests more. For example, this is what my rollback screen looks like (click on the image to launch imgur and look at the screenshot – and click on the screenshot in imgur to zoom in) :
As you can see, it displays the number of heroes available in the rollback. You could request additional rollback points until you get a rollback point with 14 heroes… going further and further back in time. Be aware that a rollback cannot be undone… not by you and not by Blizzard. If, for example, you select a point back in 2023… it will be like you last played on that date and all your progression, loot items, etc, will be gone. Click on the + at the end of the line for the restore point – that will give you a list of heroes in that restore point, and a button to actually do the restore. That’s as far as I know – I have never had to go through an account rollback. Make sure Diablo III is not running when you do the rollback
