Max foreground FPS is not working properly

Max foreground FPS set 150fps ( in game always struck at 63 fps)

Hey there, I’m having the same issue with a Sapphire 5700XT. same here. Not working. Windows 20h2! Newest drivers etc, rtx 2070! Run fine the last time i played.
