Not a bug per se, but there’s a spelling mistake in the name of the Masquerade of the Burning Carnival chestpiece: should be ‘Sophisticated Vest,’ not ‘Sophistocated.’

I just posted about this in the Necro forums too, it seems like a weirdly obvious oversight to not have spell check on it, but I guess it’s just PTR. XD
