Besides I don’t think it’s channeling buff that makes the Bazooka OP, it’s actually the Meteor getting buffs from Arcon. Maybe a way to nerf it is, the meteor only recieves buff from when it’s cast rather than when it lands. It will make this build some what easier to play as well.

Well, we can only assume that Blizzard is doing its usual “Giveth with one hand and taketh away with the other” This change severely impacts my DH and my Sorc (which are the ONLY D3 chrs that I play).
Nevalistis (Brandi), if you are reading this thread, take note and realise the validity of arguments that are presented

+1, it really makes no sense to add the 1 sec delay to MoC as well. I understand it on Deathwish and Etched Sigil (not just because of bazooka) but the 25% dmg from MOC will hardly make or break bazooka anyway.

I agree, unfortunately no reversion to the Mantle of Channeling change in the PTR update though.
