As titled, this problem started sometime early in season 34. Now it seems to be even more frequent in season 35. There were a couple instances of back to back crashes within 5 minutes.

Had frequent freezes on my M2Pro Mac Mini. solved by a suggestion from the troubleshooting documents from Blizzard that said to delete Agent.db in Users/Shared/Battle.net
Аfter deleting the Agent.db document, the crashes continue on Mac M3 max. Аnd there is no such document - I delete the entire Agent folder (Sonoma) product.db-only such document.
It throws it out and asks to download the update. And this happens every time ((

It is slightly rarer for me this season so far, but it was for sure not happening before the last patch where they ‘fixed’ something for a certain type of computers (I don’t remember the name , ASM or something like that). So before the 2.8.0.99920 patch, I never had a problem with these insta crashes ever (with no bug report option), now its just flat out shut down of D3. Played this game since 2012. So that patch/‘fix’ seems to be the cause of this for MAC users
