Upgraded Bane of Power legendary gem to lvl 25. Socketed in a ring then unsocketed it and it disappeared. Checked inventory and stash but its not there. Restarted game a couple times and still not there. Any advice?

I tried to view your web profile, but there is no information. Are you perhaps playing on a Console ?
Have you checked your follower ?
Do a low level Greater Rift with that hero; at the end, after killing the Rift Guardian, check the gems offered by Urshi for upgrade. If the gem is in that list… it exist somewhere. If it’s not… then it’s probably lost… especially if a new one (rank 0) dropped after killing the rift guardian.
