Both? You can use both since they don’t occupy the same equipment slot.
I’d probably go with Witching Hour for its guaranteed affixes. But otherwise, maybe depends.

1- witching hour + deep digger + illusion boot (cube : dante belt)
or
2- dante belt + black thorn pant + illusion boot (cube : deep digger)
1 or 2 ?
Option 1 is more damage, option 2 is more toughness.
