Levels Randomly Lost

My Monk is currently shown as lvl 61 with old gear despite ending Season 17 with my Monk at Lvl 70(187) with the gear set of that season yet the achievements section show that same monk with her proper level and gear. This was not the case at the start (or end) of Season 21.

All I did was log in today after not being on since the end of Season 21 with my Necro.

Edit: I am on PC, Same region since launch.

Please help,
Thanks.

Perhaps you logged into the wrong region. I can’t see your profile, so I assume you are on a console.

There is a separate forum for console bugs.

Haven’t changed my region since I bought this game at launch. Also i am on PC.

The default region can change on it’s own without your input apparently, since many players come here to say they can’t find their characters.

But if you are on PC, and you played season 17, then why is your profile not viewable online?

Mysteries…

Don’t know what to say about that. My profile isn’t showing for me either but if you want screenshots then I can do that.

I’m just saying that if my achievements show me the correct Lvl 70(187) Monk and what is in my Character Select is 9 levels below that with inferior gear when I haven’t played that one for almost a 6 months then its not something on my end.

You must be posting here with a different Account, because I can’t find your Armory Profile (web Profile) on any of the Regions.

Can you post a link to your Armory Profile or tell us your BattleTag?

To post a link:

  1. Copy the URL of a webpage to the clipboard.
  2. Paste the URL in your post. (See image below).

  1. Select the link you just pasted and click the ˂/˃ button on the Reply Editor toolbar. (See image below).

  1. Click Reply. (See image below).

Your link will look similar to this: https://kr.diablo3.com/en-us/profile/Perusoe-1251/hero/71940491

The US armory profile seems broken recently. EU and Asia are OK.

Ok I’m about to feel really old right now but I think its Thatblack1#1869. I can’t see my own D3 profile but I can see my Blizzard profile if that helps.

You must have a different Battle․net Account than your D3 Account. I’m guessing you are currently logged in to your Battle․net Account to post here. I’m asking for the BattleTag (Account) you use when you play D3.

For example, I use the same Account to post on these forums as I do to play D3. So, my BattleTag is the same on these forums. It is also the same as my Battle․net Account. (I only have the one Account).

If you’re able to play D3, you must be logging in with your D3 Account and Battletag. You can check your D3 BattleTag be running the Desktop App (Launcher) and mousing-over your username in the upper right corner. (See mine in the image below).

If we knew your BattleTag, we could examine the Characters in your Armory Profile (on this website) to better help you.

Note: For security purposes, do not post any personal information. Just your BattleTag. It has two forms. Mine are Perusoe#1251 or Perusoe-1251. (They are the same, but one uses the pound sign and the other uses a dash).

NEVERMIND

I just read Maskraider’s post:

I can’t even access my Americas Region Characters using my bookmarks.

No you can’t. Online profiles are borked at the moment, at least for American server. Just check your own profile (or mine). Unless Blizzard fixes this, no one can check profiles.

Yes, I got it. (See my edit above).

D3planner can import US profile. But inconvenient for us.

I still have that issue with my Monk. Should I even play or wait until this is fixed to do Season 22? My time is limited with a newborn.

Thanks for you help so far though.

If your character displays the correct level when you start a game, just play.
Your child may be walking by the time they fix the bug!

It’s still showing lvl 61 but that’s life I guess. I don’t mind chalking this up to a loss and regain those 9 levels. It’s really to see if there is hope in restoring it. If not, oh well. :man_shrugging:t6:

Thanks a lot. I forgot how helpful people were in here.

Perhaps you rebirthed the character for a subsequent season? Only thing I can think of.

The US Armory Profile appears to be intermittent. Sometimes I can access your Profile and sometimes I cannot.

It appears you have the following non-Seasonal Characters:

Class Level
Necromancer 70
Barbarian 70
Monk 61
Crusader 36
Wizard 34

Let’s see if I can embed the link to your US Profile:

If I click on one of your other heroes, it may or may not be available.

Are you sure you leveled your Monk to 70?

You last played your Characters:

Class Date
Necromancer 11/27/2020
Barbarian 11/09/2020
Monk 11/27/2020
Crusader 07/01/2020
Wizard 06/16/2019

All of your Characters have the same amount of Paragon Points.

I don’t know if it would help, but I would log in to each of your current Characters, just to refresh them all. You don’t have to play the game, just select them, one at a time, and Start Game. Once you’re in town, Leave Game, switch Characters and Start Game again until you’ve refreshed them all.

Season 22 just started, so you have plenty of time. You might even Rebirth your Monk. All Seasonal Characters start at Level 1 with no currency, so it would give you a chance to “fix” the Monk yourself. (Rebirthed Characters retain their name, Lifetime Kills and Hours Played).

Or, you can start a new Character of a different Class. Either way, I would refresh all your Characters.

What I’m saying is that this is the problem. She is supposed to be Level 70 as she was when I finished Season 17. I never re-birthed her and I cannot post the screenshots I need to show what I’m talking about because I can’t post the links to it or embed it. :frowning:
