If I have an ancient weapon that has the skill “ two condemned enemies also trigger condemned explosion and the damage of condemn is increased by 730 %” but I also have the same skill on my powers from a different legendary that I extracted, do they combine? Or is it wasted and I should use a different power extract
Powers don’t stack. Never have. If you have a power selected in the cube and also on an equipped item, the equipped item will take precedent.
