As the title says, Legendary gems from the bag of legendary gems purchasable from the Meme goat in the PTR dont work when for example, You try to remove the level requirement from a Leroics Crown using a gem of ease and must get a new fresh gem from a GR instead.
unsure if this intended, But if not, might be an issue in later ptrs.
