Mouse Cursor is Frozen
For Mac Users, there is an issue that while playing in fullscreen the mouse can become stuck. We have two known workarounds for this:
- Launch Diablo III
- Once the game is open try the following Keyboard shortcut:
Control + M to switch to Windowed.
- Goto: Game Menu -> Options -> Mac Users -> Check: Disable OS Keyboard Shortcuts option.
- This action will open the Security & Privacy settings. Click the Lock icon and enter your password to unlock the settings. From there go to Accessibility and make sure the game is checked if it shows up.
-Note: This issue should be resolved if you update to OS X 10.14.4+
