Killed Gelatinous Goblin No Loot

I was my playing my seasonal Demon Hunter and was in a Torment 16 Nephalem Rift when I came across a Gelatinous Sire. I killed the Sire and then the 2 Gelatinous Spawns that were summoned. However, no further gelatinous goblins appeared and I received zero loot.

I am currently using the Gears of Dreadlands set and am Paragon Level 917.

Very old and known bug. Still not fixed.
Too fast kill does not allow to spawn more.
