Kadala higher chance of legendary

Seems to me after getting this I am not getting any type of set drops other than blackthorns.
I get legendary items from her.
I was getting set items and once I upgraded this nothing but blackthornes.
I have dropped about 20k+ blood shards to make sure before I came and posted this.

Edit: I have discovered that on my first character I made, Kadala works fine.
On any other character it is almost all blues and yellows.

I have seen other anecdotal reports of Kadala working fine on their first character but not subsequent characters. It’s quite interesting.

I have the same issue, kadala doesnt give me 2x, but it seemed to work on my 1st char of the season. Tried deleting it and now, it doesn’t work with any char :confused:

I tried on Softcore (my issue is in HC). Seems to work fine…
