I am getting about 1:5 legendaries consistently from Kadala on my 1st season 28 character but when I switch to my second seasonal character I get 1:15 if I am lucky and 1:30 legendaries to yellow/blue items most times. Is the altar not something that applies to all seasonal characters on the acccount?
Are you gambling the same item on each character?
