D3 code 3003 error. When I am in character selection screen and try to join game.
I have rebooted my router.
I have flushed my dns cache.
When I click on the link, I get a ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT code in my browser.
When I connect to the same link via curl with the verbose flag, I get the following:

Looks like someone missed a closing } in a configuration file somewhere.

I am connected to my internet. Checked! I am unable to connect citing code 3003, but I can see myself online. What is the problem?? First can’t log into public greater rifts, it’s just been resolved a few days ago and now this???

@Blizzard espero una compensación con respecto a la perdida que acabo de tener en mi partida, debido a que por problemas con sus servidores, el juego me saco y perdí el avance que había tenido en horas de juego. es justo que lleve 2 meses de comprar el juego y me encuentro con esto? creo que compre la versión mas completa no con el fin de tener problemas para jugar el único día que no tuve que trabajar y quería avanzar en mi partida !!! Espero no solo recibir un mensaje diciendo “Im sorry” 
Wow so apparently I cant start my game cause of error code 3003. Now I know it is not my internet connection because I am making this post and my youtube works. Whats the point of playing a game if blizzard can just kick you off. So might as well play Grim Dawn
There is a DOS attack going on preventing many from being able to play. Though it seems to only affect PC users…console logged in just fine
This should be cleared up now. Is anyone still experiencing issues with the 3003 error or connecting to Diablo III?

Yes still seeing issues went from Problem loading game license error to now the old generic There was a problem logging into Diablo III. (Code 300016) Logging into EU servers there is no problem this is just America 
This is the same error (Code 300016) I am getting when trying to connect to the American servers. I also had the Razer Chroma issue, but the preferences disabling of that worked just fine. Now not able to login, though logging into Battle.Net and playing StarCraft II is just fine.
I first was getting a 395000 error in Americas but then switched to try logging into EU and Asia servers whiched worked. Now switching back over to Americas I’m getting the same 300016 error that’s being reported in this thread. (Just adding my experience to the thread. Hopeful for a resolution soon.)
Same here, I was going to buy Rise of the Necromancer but not if I can’t even get the base game running.
Also wanted to mention that I ran the WinMTR test as suggested in another thread with no errors.
I allowed ICMPv4 and v6 through my firewall, and now I have access. ?
