I too have no idea what this thread is all about. Legendary gems keep dropping from RGs until you have them all, regardless of GR level. Only Boon of the Hoarder needs to be initially acquired from Greed but after that it drops from RGs if needing another.
Legendary gems don’t have “rarity”. They do have a priority order though, Bane of the Powerful is usually the first one to drop, them LoD and so on. But as long as you are missing certain gem, you are guaranteed to get that gem eventually. For example if you use one legendary gem in an augment there are no other gems of that type, you will reacquire a fresh gem in the very next GR you complete.

disagree with you actually they should bring back idealism to this game and allow u to carry an extra legendary gem around its easier rather than set a mechanic rule which is unbalanced
