What you’re describing sounds like what others have sometimes seen when either playing the Starter Edition, or after just purchasing the full version.
In most cases, the labels start displaying correctly anywhere between a few minutes to a day after the purchase. It may just be a delay in the Starter Edition converting over to fullly unlocked.
