watching raxx struggle with new natalya, seems really bad gameplay wise.
PST is standard time (hence the S). PDT is daylight saving time.
Anywho, enjoy the patch.

Yeah, sorry. Itâs due to European ones using the S for SummerâŚ
CEST = Central European Summer Time
BST = British Summer Time

I have the same patch as you but I do not have access to season 28. I try to create character and it says No Season Available. Is the patch not fully done? Also when I login on existing character i see no Alter? Any idea what I am doing wrong?
The patch is done. Season 28 however doesnât start until February 24th (this Friday) at 5 pm PST. So weâll have to wait a few more days until the season starts.
Patch always goes live on Non-Seasonal before the Season starts which the Season usually happens on Fridays. This is so you can test out the changes to class skills, sets, new legendaries etc. before the new season begins (along with the theme of that Season).

so the patch is out with item set changes and salvaging primals but not the alter.? Alter is only for season right?
Correct Season 28: Rites of Sanctuary, goes live on February 24 at 5 p.m. PST/CET/KST .
