Is Speedhack now normal to competitive in Leaderboard?

There is a software that has been around for a while, and it is now being used in Diablo 3 to speed up the game and character animations. It completely ruins the game experience and makes fair competition impossible. For example, leveling takes much shorter than usual, and meta runs become significantly faster because of this. This has a huge impact on leaderboards and Paragon progression, as players using this software gain an unfair advantage over others who play legitimately.

I think some people know which software I am talking about, but for others it may still be unknown. Regardless, its growing use is damaging the integrity of the game and discouraging fair players from competing seriously.

Is Blizzard aware of this situation? Is anything being done to address it? Many players invest a lot of time and effort playing honestly and are clearly at a disadvantage. If this continues to be ignored, it will not only harm the competitive integrity of the leaderboards but also the long-term motivation of the fair-playing community
