Hello,
I dropped this primordial item and remarked that a value is different in the enchantress and the inventory. It shows me 55% ressources cost reduction in my inventory, and 10% in the enchantress tab.
I don’t know wich really apply.
I have a screenshot of the bug if needed, seems I can’t post it here.

Not a bug. That is how the Yang’s works. Also, why do you have a ruby in your bow?
Yang has [40-50]% RCR and the random properties can roll [7-10]% RCR.
The UI will combine the two RCR and display as one property.
Mystic only allow you to roll the random [7-10]% RCR.
Not a bug.
Friendly advice, use an emerald on weapons after lv60.
