From the latest PTR patch notes:
- Fixed a bug that caused Impale: Chemical Burn not to benefit from the Shadow’s Mantle 6-piece bonus.
If you think that was a bug you should also fix Grievous Wounds. Damage bonus from the rune is disabled when we are using Shadow’s Mantle 6-piece bonus.
