Ah yes, the classic moaning about legendaries raining from the sky in current D3. The thing is, it’s all due to power creep. Back when RoS was only just released and T6 was the highest difficulty, the loot didn’t rain from the sky. It was in fact fairly scarce and still is at that level.
The power creep has done more damage to the game than just absurd damage numbers. Had the overall power level stayed at the RoS lauch level, we wouldn’t have this loot issue.
