So, i click on play button to load, then i get a blank screen with the mouse cursor and everything else is blank. i press enter or exit and im back to desktop screen. what do i do to fix this?

If the crashes continue, please reply with a DxDiag so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions to create a DxDiag file:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the DXDiag. It’ll look like this:

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FIXING MY ISSUE. I DID NOT THINK RAZER WAS GOING TO BE THE CULPRIT.
