I can't pickup my party member's items

Hi Bllizzard support,

I just purchased the game couple of hours ago. Then I found some weird issues in game:

1. I dropped item from my inventory to my teammate (we played together for several games), he can’t see anything
2. Teammate drop item I can see but cannot pick up
   Red system message says i cant pickup other’s itmes

can you help plz?

I gave you a list of reasons which would prevent trading in your other thread…

There are restrictions on what you can / cannot trade to other players…

1. Items you obtained before the other players joined your group are account bound and cannot be traded.
2. Items you obtained by crafting are account bound and cannot be traded.
3. Items you obtained by using the Cube’s “Upgrade rare to legendary” recipe are account bound and cannot be traded.
4. Items you obtained by using the Cube’s “Reforge legendary” recipe are account bound and cannot be traded.
5. Items which you have re-rolled affixes on at the Mystic are account bound and cannot be traded.
6. Items which you obtained from Bounty caches are account bound and cannot be traded.
7. If you’re on a very new account, it can take a couple of days before your payment clears fully, and trading is restricted until that has happened.

This leaves you with…

1. Items that were dropped by mobs whilst you were in a party with another player. These can be traded to any of the players in the group, for up to two hours in-game time elapsed. Any item which meets this criteria will not be account bound, and will have small text at the bottom-right of the item showing you the names of who you are allowed to trade it to.

Pay particular attention to item 7 in the list of reasons I supplied.

Not a bug.
