Hungering arrow break points

Is there a good text based guide with the attack speed breakpoints of hungering arrow?

I would like to add that breakpoint’s don’t matter as much as we originally thought. The reason is the varying time-of-flight of the Strafe projectiles.

For most skills, breakpoints matter for achieving a higher attack speed since it occurs in discrete frame increments. So for Hungering Arrow itself, the breakpoints matter while using the skill manually (not with Strafe). However, these breakpoints aren’t really interesting as they are fairly close together.

On the other hand, Strafe breakpoints were originally thought to matter a lot due to the GoD4 bonus. If the set worked by firing primaries on Strafe attack, then breakpoints would for sure matter a lot. However, the game is coded to fire primaries on Strafe hit. Since the internal cooldown of the GoD4 bonus is 9 frames, ideally you want Strafe to hit exactly every 9 frames.

However, even if you fire Strafe shots every 9 frames, that does not guarantee you will hit a target every 9 frames! The reason is the varying time-of-flight of the projectiles. If you fire towards a closer target, and then a farther target, the time gap will be more frames. Similarly, if you attack a distant target followed by a closer target, then the time gap will be fewer frames.

This is analogous to the doppler effect, while you output strafe hits at a frequency of 60/9 per second, the target may receive more or less than that depending on your relative radial speed. This is also the case when firing at multiple targets at varying distances.
