Im wondering why my attack speed is still at 2.03 when i put all my paragon stats into attack speed. it should be way higher than its showing and in battle. Please help.

Paragon attack speed gives you 10%, which is enough for 1 breakpoint (possibly 2 breakpoints if you were close to 1 prior). This is enough for it to barely be noticeable. You won’t go from attacking really slow, to really fast using the same setup from just 10% alone.
