How can I download the game from the site?

Hello guys…I used to play diablo 3 in my Mac a few years ago, but I was not playing anymore in a long time.Last month I bought a new MacBook Air and today I decided to download the game in order to play again…Every time that I try to download the games message appears to me.It is something like “the connexion was lost”.But I don’t think the internet is the problem…it is something with the site, because I can’t download any other game too…can somebody help me?

How are you currently trying to download the game ?

The usual way is to:

  1. Install the Blizzard BattleNet Desktop App; make sure you install the Mac version (duh !! yes, I know…);
  2. Launch the Blizzard BattleNet Desktop App and logon;
  3. Click on the Diablo 3 icon in the left margin; and
  4. Click on the blue Install button.

Wait untill the install is completely done before playing the game… even if it says “Playable”.
