Looks like gifts are still dropping as I just got one. The sad part is that I’ve now missed like 10 days of farming as I thought the event was over 
Hope they make them permanent, alway nice to find one

Did they officially stop now? I was still getting them yesterday but nothing is dropping today.
Still dropping here in the EU atleast, got one literally a minute ago.
I’ll keep trying for a bit. Just ran 20 gr’s on US and not a single gift. I got the wings on my main account so not too big a deal but I wanted to get them on this account also.
Edit; just got a gift after 23 gr’s on US
Can confirm they still drop on the EU server.
Yet I still haven’t been lucky enough to get the Cosmic Wings.

I really think they should just leave them in and rename them Bonus Gifts or something like that. At this point in the game, especially with D4 around the corner, it’d be nice for players to finally get those cosmetics they’ve been pining for but for whom RNG has been fickle. And it’d really help solo players with those awful bounty material farming sessions.

Honestly I wouldn’t object this. Let’s face it, D3’s popularity will drop once D4 is released and even those who remain will spend less time in it. The Gifts would provide an alternative means to acquire mats and cosmetics for less time.
So far for me at least they have been a great motivator to do speed GRs and generally play the game more than usual.

If these stay after the patch drops I’ll be immensely happy. It’d be 1000x more of a plus than thinking we were finally getting Sundering Charms outside of Terror Zones in Hell in D2R only to be told nope, they’re still tied to TZs. Instantly killed my enthusiasm for D2R’s ladder reset. This being left in here would at least make S28 feel more enjoyable and slightly less grindy than it’s currently looking to be for us casuals.

Yeah, gifts still dropping makes me slightly hopeful they just keep them. We’ll see.
Just remembered I had stashed some ancient puzzle rings in non season and used them up. Gifts but no wings of course. 
Nothing about gifts in the patch notes.
My guess is they will stop droping when the patch rolls out.

Pretty much. Ran 4 GRs earlier today, got 3 of them. lol
Still dropping, but no wings.
The 100th person to confirm that they are still dropping will get a special treat.
