Most people are playing seasons and are lvl 70, so probably going to have to make it to 70 solo if you’re going to play non-season. You could make a seasonal character - leveling in seasons goes fast. Adventure mode opens up for you and no need to slog through the campaign, so lot more opportunities and ways to gain experience.
