Hello Diablo Community

You’ve probably seen a few posts of mine already. Typically I would start with an intro post, but we had some other items I needed to jump on before and things have been a bit busy!

I’m Adam (or PezRadar as my handle) and I’m currently the Community Lead for the Diablo franchise. You will see me pop in here every so often to provide updates, chime in on threads, take in bugs and feedback and other such items. I’m looking forward to help you all and providing you updates while also taking in your feedback on all things Diablo. I can say that I unfortunately can’t be around in every place at all times, but I can say that I will do my best and will thankfully have a few others joining my team here soon as we are currently looking to bring on some Community Managers for Diablo.

I’m looking forward to our fun adventures through Sanctuary! :slight_smile:

Here are a few things about myself that are absolutely random

  1. Diablo II: Lord of Destruction came out the summer I graduated high school. My addiction was in full swing and it knocked me into academic probation during my first semester at college. Parents were SUPER happy about that one.

  2. My favorite all-time class in Diablo is the Druid. I was proud of my Fury WW on US East back in the day. This of course was when Druid was super brand new and no one expected a Druid to catch up to some with Feral Rage for a quick kill.

  3. For Diablo III, I fell in love with WD’s early on, but lately really enjoy Crusader and Blessed Shield builds. Who doesn’t love flinging a shield around to watch it bounce around your screen and wipe out a room? (Yes I’m very aware that FoH is the bees knees as of late)

  4. Super into fitness and NHL hockey (Dallas Stars). I can talk anyone’s ear off about macros/workouts and the Stars.

  5. I used to work on other great game franchises like Borderlands, Gears of War, Warframe, and Orcs Must Die!

  6. This is my second stint at Blizzard! I originally was working in esports as a Esports Franchise Lead on some of the classic RTS franchises. Happy to be back!

Welcome Adam. I hope that you can maintain your communication with us consistently instead of went radio silent for 3 months after your introduction here.

Hey, PezRadar!

I was a hammerdin in d2 LOD doing Baal runs. In Diablo 3 I’ve always felt a gravitational pull to DH. I’ve played the flavor of the month usually, but almost always roll a DH too.

I had been a Mythic raider in WOW years ago, but I used to pray my raid would be cancelled so I could play Diablo 3! I eventually committed to Diablo, even though every now and then I get tired of the grind, I’m looking forward to season 21. A DH season!

I just got a new computer to commit to Diablo and I’m looking forward to Diablo 4!

I like this guy! Jacked and into Blessed Shield. Me too! You into isolation lifting or full-body stuff?

And the fact that your favorite build is mine (BS) means there is great hope for this build, either through Akkhan or LoD. :slight_smile:

Hello and welcome!

I know you’re probably getting a lot of questions about the PTR status these days but I have a semi-related and oddball question!

My clanmates seem to think I’m indirectly the reason the PTR is delayed. This is because of a thread I wrote regarding DH things to test on the PTR. The theory goes that the developers secretly read my thread and tested some things themselves and found something broken, and to fix it meant delaying the PTR!

Please tell me that this far-fetched theory is wrong so I can sleep at night without thinking of my clanmates staring at me with frowny faces :grimacing:

All I can say is you’ve got 2 of my daughters favorite players in Cogliano and Perry (her all time fave as a Ducks diehard)…and I wish you took out STL last year since us Blackhawka fans loved them having zero Cups (kinda like my daughter feels about the Sharks LOL)…

and now sum up what you have already implemented from the suggestions from the forum.
because trust has not been there for years. nothing is done. botters are not banned, seasons are a bad joke, balance is for the garbage can, bunch of senseless legendaries etc. etc. etc.
