I’d advise being near or at lvl 24 by the time you fight him. But i have very conservative leveling tiers. Andy 15/18, Dury 24, Meph, whenever you’re done walking through the A3 slog. D 30. Baal 40.
Bit slow for some but should ensure your survival.
