Got GR139 in just over 13 minutes at paragon 3370. Most of the progression on cemetery map, which I find always has a lot of elites but lots of obstacles to hinder them following you. Got lucky with condi and power. I feel like I could probably push to 140 with perfect mobs/map/pylons, but not sure I have the persistence.
