How long have you been gone? You need to wear a set with damage multipliers in order to do damage.
Take a properly built GoD set for example:
GoD Set: 142 Billion dmg after removing the Dex bonus
Your set: 1 million dmg
GoD set does 140,892 times more damage than yours even with no dex.
